Hi! I’m Kit!

I am an emo cryptid who writes, makes, and illustrates. I also edit/curate/produce Trash Wonderland. I believe in the power of storytelling and ritual.

Theatricality to me is about more than the stage. I developed the concept of “Trash Wonderland” as a theatre director who made my own sets and costumes out of unconventional materials. I value resourcefulness, wit, vulnerability, and humor. I aim to provide space for people who are told they are too much.

I began crafting fragrances for the same reason I craft anything - I was fascinated by something I saw in the world and wanted to see what it was about. The more I learned, the more I needed to try. And I think perfumery is the most theatrical medium offstage. Now that I’ve embarked on alchemical storytelling, I am finding ways to please every sense.
