I am an emo cryptid who writes, makes, and illustrates. I also edit/curate/produce Trash Wonderland. I believe in the power of storytelling and ritual.

I have been writing and illustrating stories since I was a child. My first published work was in a Scholastic collection of promising writers at 9. It was a short story about a lost kitten who was fascinated by elevators.

I fell in love with theatre a few years later and started participating as an actor and playwright. I have performed and had my work produced in LA, Seattle, and NYC.

Theatricality to me is about more than the stage. I developed the concept of “Trash Wonderland” as a theatre director who made my own sets and costumes out of unconventional materials. I value resourcefulness, wit, vulnerability, and humor. I aim to provide space for people who are told they are too much.
